The application for Pan-China Post-Doctoral Center represented by Pan-China City Development and Research Institute has been approved by the state, which expresses its confidence in the theoretical innovation, technological innovation, cultivation of top-level talents in research and development and professional technological breakthrough of Pan-China Group. Currently, an agreement on co-cultivating postdoctors has been signed between Renmin University of China and the workstation. More cooperation will be established between the workstation and some universities including Peking University in succession. There are more than 10 professional postdoctors in Pan-China Post-doctoral Center at present. With many years of practice and conclusion, Pan-China creatively proposed the “development and innovation model of Chinese cities”, which was approved as a soft subject of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and made good demonstration effects and economic benefits after popularized in Wuhan, Yinchuan, Yuncheng and many other cities. By creating provincial and ministerial research and development centers and China City Development and Research Center, founding China Smart City Research Institute with Tsinghua University, and establishing close partnership with Research Center for Modernization of Construction Industry of Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture and University of International Business and Economics “Going Abroad” Strategy Research Center, Pan-China Group has laid a solid foundation for the cultivation of postdoctors majoring in China’s urbanization.

Since its establishment, Pan-China Group Postdoctoral Workstation is studying closely around the development and innovation model of Chinese cities. And the workstation will mainly focus research on urban development and urban value innovation, make systematic urban development strategy to guide the development of urban economy and society harmoniously, and maximize the city efficiency and resource value by re-building urban hematopoietic function and activating urban vitality.
